304 Surgical Stainless Steel?
The
304 Surgical Stainless Steel contains about 18% chromium and 8%
nickel in addition to the iron. The popularity of 304 surgical
stainless
steel is due to its gleaming appearance which lasts for the life of a
product
with just an occasional cleaning. Its excellent corrosion resistance is
due to an invisible, passive oxide film that forms on the metal's
surface
in air. 304 Surgical Stainless Steel is sometimes referred to as T304.
Hospitals use surgical stainless steel because it can be kept clean and
sterile. |

Multi-Ply (Multi-Layer) Construction
As you can
see by the picture below, our
HealthyLivingCooking is constructed with multiple layers of different
materials
on the bottom. These layers allow even heat flow, and durability. The
aluminum
conducts heat well in the inner layers, but is not desirable on the
outside
because it corrodes and comes off in the food. Stainless steel protects
the
food and the cookware itself. Stainless steel also contains iron that
makes it
good for magnetic induction stoves.

Handy
Hang-Up Feature
The
handles are molded with a large eyelet that
permits hanging the utensils. This feature is marvelously convenient.
Saves
cupboard space and the beautiful gleaming utensils add a decorative
touch to the
kitchen.
|
 |
Special Cover Design
The
covers are specially designed to form a natural
“water seal” with the shoulder of the pan when
cooking at low heat. This is the
secret of successfully cooking the minimum moisture way. This
self-sealing
feature helps to retain the food moisture with its valuable minerals
and
delicious flavors.
|
 |
Warp-Resistant Bottoms
Special design of the bottoms of each
utensil provides extra
strength and rigidity helps prevent warping. The utensils stay flat and
hug the
burner for maximum heating efficiency. Bottoms have heat-diffusing
satin
finish.
|
 |
“Low Heat” Minimum Moisture
Cooking
Only “low” or
“simmer’ heat is needed to cook. Multi-Ply
extra heavy stainless steel helps spread heat rapidly and evenly
throughout the
bottom, sides and cover of the pan to cook and tenderize the food on
all sides
constantly. There is no need to lift covers and stir while the foods
cook. This
means less work and fewer hours in the kitchen. Cook with
“minimum” water.

 |
Self-Storing Lids
Simply
invert the cover, nest it in the proper pan and
hang or stack your cookware. |

Healthier, Tastier Meals
With Multi-Ply Cookware you will enjoy a
wonderful new method of cooking easier, tastier and more healthful
meals. Foods
cooked the modern minimum moisture way helps to retain the greatest
percentage of
nature health-giving mineral and vitamin elements that are dissolved in
water,
or boiled away when cooked in water. The following chart reveals an
approximate

The
greatest favor you can do for your family is to prepare
food that provides maximum vitamins and minerals and that has a
delightful,
natural flavor. Vegetables and fruits retain appetizing color. Meats
can be
top-stove roasted and become tender, juicy and delicious. Cook without
oil or
grease for lower cholesterol.
|
 |
Steam
Controled Cooking
The
steam control valve makes waterless cooking easy and more healthy
because it eliminates the need for grease or oil in cooking. To use the
steam control valve start cooking on medium heat (never use high heat).
Then when the valve begins to whistle close the valve and turn the heat
down to low and finish cooking. |
 |
Stack
Cooking To Save Both Time And Money
The Multi-Ply construction of our cookware
allows you to stack cook. Begin cooking on individual burners and when the valve
whistles you can stack the pans to finish cooking. This saves you both time and
money. The picture illustrates how you might cook a roast or chicken with potatoes
and carrots in the bottom and a vegetable in the middle pan and another vegetable
in the top pan.
